Get In TouchThe Kelmscott Pinjarra 10th Light Horse Memorial Troop Inc. is a small Western Australian charity based in Haynes, WA. We carry the proud legacy of Australia's 10th Light Horse Regiment — and we put that heritage to work today by providing equine therapy and community education.
Our work focuses on returned veterans and members of the general public who would otherwise have no local access to equine-assisted therapy. Through horses, ceremony and community, we bring connection, calm and dignity to people doing it tough.

Returned service personnel and the families who walk alongside them — we provide a safe place to heal, reflect and connect.
Members of the general public who are unable to access equine therapy in their local area, particularly in rural and regional WA.
First Nations community members, children, youth, adults, seniors and people with disability — all are welcome at our paddock gate.
Hands-on, complementary therapy with horses — supporting veterans and community members through trauma, anxiety and isolation.
Public education about the legacy of the 10th Light Horse, the role of horses in Australian military history, and the value of equine-assisted therapy.
Honouring the Light Horsemen of generations past through commemoration, ceremony and respectful remembrance with our horses.
